How a project runs.
Seven steps, one portal. You always know what's happening, what's next and what we need from you.
Brief
YouAbout 10 minutes
Create an account and fill in a short brief in your portal: what the video is for, where it will run, and a link to your website or any material you already have. A rough idea is enough to start.
Quote
UsAfter we've reviewed your brief
We read your brief and confirm your price in your portal: the per-second price you saw, split into a 50% deposit and a 50% final payment. Accept it when you're happy with it. Nothing starts before you do.
Deposit
YouWhen you accept your price
Once you accept your price, you pay the 50% deposit from your project page. Production starts when it arrives.
Production
UsThe bulk of the turnaround
We write the concept and sketch the storyboard, and you approve each with a swipe (2 revisions per step). Then we make the video: scenes, music, sound design, captions and voice-over where you added it. When it's ready, it appears in your portal and the app.
Review
TogetherWhen the video is ready
You watch the video in your portal or the app. Swipe right to approve, or left and tell us what to change. Every step includes 2 revisions; after that we talk it through. Previews carry a watermark until the final payment.
Final payment
YouWhen you approve the final video
When the video is right, you approve it and pay the remaining 50% from your project page. The clean, watermark-free file is released once the payment has arrived.
Delivery
UsOnce the final payment is in
We upload your final files to your portal, as MP4 exports in the aspect ratios you chose, with a captions file, named and ready to post. Your project stays in the portal so you can download them again later.
Timelines.
Turnaround starts when your deposit arrives and runs in business days. Prompt notes keep it on schedule.
| Length | Turnaround | Revisions |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 15 s | from 5 business days | 2 per step |
| Up to 60 s | from 10 business days | 2 per step |
| Up to 90 s | from 15 business days | 2 per step |
Revisions.
Every step (concept, storyboard and video) includes 2 revisions. A revision is one set of notes on that step.
- Big changes are easiest before production starts, so put everything that matters in your brief.
- Changes to the agreed scope after production has started may be priced separately.
- After 2 revisions on a step we talk it through, before anything extra is billed.
What we need from you.
Your goal
What the video should achieve and where it will be shown.
Your website or idea
A link we can study, or a few sentences about the product.
Brand assets, if you have them
Logo files, fonts, colours or guidelines. Not required to start.
One decision-maker
One person who collects notes, accepts the price and approves the final video.
