What do you need from me to start?
An idea and, ideally, a link to your website. We pull your messaging, colours and tone from there. Logos, brand guidelines or existing footage help, but they are optional.
Do I need to write the script?
No. A script and a storyboard come with every video, and you approve both with a swipe before we make anything.
How long does a video take?
From 5 business days for a short clip up to 15 for a 90-second film. The timer starts when your deposit arrives.
What if I don't like the first cut?
Every step (concept, storyboard, video) includes 2 revisions: swipe left and tell us why. Still not right after that? Then we talk it through.
